At first they talk very sweet and explain almost nothing about the agreement important clause which can penalize you. But when it comes to handover, their behavior completely changes. For every question, they only say one thing: “It’s written in the agreement.”
Don’t trust their words. If you are planning to buy, ask for everything in writing.
Be careful about these things:
1. The agreement is more than 100 pages. Please read it properly or get it checked by your own lawyer. Spending one day reading is much better than regretting later. Also, ask them to write all their verbal promises on paper and attach it to the agreement.
2. They will never clearly tell you about extra charges. After 2–3 years, they suddenly ask you to pay. When you ask why they never informed earlier, their only answer is: “It’s written in the agreement.”
Very disappointing experience. I hope people stay alert and don’t fall into the same trap. The way they mislead customers is shameful. Hope karma hits back hard and they and their family experience the same treatment they give to others.
