My son has been here in 7.12.2025. Project is good , very impressive but people working for sai paradise seems to be playing some game with genuine customers approaching this project. We were very happy & were very much interested in booking 3bhk but after wasting our 2 hours in AV & showing sample flats they denied booking saying they donot have inventory of 3bhk. Present construction work is in progress & structure is getting ready for 20th floor for phase 1 for committed date of possession in Dec 2026. However just to AVOID our instant booking they came up with only 1 inventory on 28th floor ...quoting WHOOPING 1.90 cr inclusive of taxes & parking. This was clearly done to avoid our booking & we could clearly read that we were avoided by giving such high quote. We are still puzzled as to why our booking was avoided. Later we got a call within 10 mins that we can cone to a nearby site of Mahavir Pride. That call solves our mystery to some extent. Sai paradise concern officials - u need to pay attention & figure out as to whats going on within your sales team. Your bookings are being diverted is what we can sense it by today's experience.
