Pokhran Road No.1 is a prime area in itself, and this project is aptly positioned between convenience and natural surroundings. The 2BHK configuration was very space-efficient – not a single bit of wastage. The sales staff was very articulate about the carpet area, and the project is expected to be delivered by June 2025 – so yes, I am very confident about investing in this project at Thane given the builder's track record.”

“I analyze projects purely on the basis of returns, and this is my second unbiased Raunak Residency Review. There is limited development in Vartak Nagar, and metro is being constructed near Cadbury Junction, and demand is established here itself. It is almost going to be possession-ready, which is a major relief in respect to risks involved, and there is a lot of potential in the coming years.”

"Safety features and the environment are also very important for families. Let’s be clear: I appreciated the fact that Raunak Residency is a gated complex and easily accessible to schools, hospitals, and shopping malls such as Viviana and Korum. The children’s playground area in the vicinity is also an added benefit. It appears to be a quiet place despite being in the heart of Thane West."
